Lettings Fee Information

The asking rent does not include lettings fees.

Depending on your circumstances and the property you select, Property Plus may also apply the following upfront fees:

• Tenant administration fee (per tenant): £195.00 inc VAT
• Transfer tenant from one property no references required: £120.00 inc VAT
• Guarantor fee (per guarantor): £90.00 inc VAT
• Checkout administration fee (per tenancy): £108.00 inc VAT
• Not cancelling direct debit: £30.00 inc VAT
• Arrears Letters: £30.00 inc VAT
• Moving the rent due date + additional days rent due: £50.00 inc VAT
• Tenant reference request: £30.00 inc VAT
• Tenant complaint formal letter: £30.00 inc VAT
• Deposit per property: equivalent to 6 weeks rent
• Bedsit Deposit: Rent + £100
• Company Referencing Fee: £360.00 inc VAT
• Pet Deposit: from £150.00
• Early termination fee: £180.00 inc VAT
