Referencing one guarantor (identity, financial credit checks and any other relevant information) and preparing a Deed of Guarantee as part of the Tenancy Agreement.
Permitted Occupier Fee £180.00 (inc VAT)
Referencing for one Occupier (Identity, immigration and visa confirmation, financial and credit checks). Explaining to any permitted occupier their rights and responsibilities towards the named tenant(s) and landlord as well as the provision of documentary guidance and assistance during the tenancy.

ENDING THE TENANCY:

Attending the property to undertake an updated Schedule of Condition based on the original inventory and negotiating the repayment of the security deposit(s)
Early Termination Fee £300.00 (inc VAT)
Current tenant is liable for rent until the day a new tenant commences tenancy plus any fees usually payable by the landlord (at the landlord’s discretion)
